How do I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards on our site in two main ways: by collecting points for various activities, or by referring friends with your unique referral link.
Ways to earn points:
- Make a purchase: Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent on our store.
- Celebrate your birthday: Get 600 points on your birthday in your rewards account (you must set your birthday in your account at least 30 days in advance; if not, you'll receive the points on your next birthday).
- Follow us on Instagram (@impreciousjewelry): Unlock 400 points when you follow and connect your Instagram.
How to earn discount coupons:
- Refer your friends: Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, both you and your friend will receive a HK$75 discount coupon as a thank you. Your reward is issued after your friend completes their first order.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Redeeming your rewards is simple and can be done directly from your account. Here's how:
Redeeming Points for Discounts:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Open the Rewards panel (you'll see a rewards icon on the bottom right of your screen)
- Click "Ways to Redeem" to see available rewards
- Once you have enough points (200 points = HK$5), click the "Redeem" button next to your desired reward
- A discount coupon code will be generated for you. You can either: Click "Apply Code" to automatically add it to your cart/checkout, OR Copy the code and paste it into the discount field at checkout
Your redeemed coupons are also stored in your rewards panel under "Your Rewards" for future use.
Using Referral Discount Coupons:
When you or your friend earns a HK$75 referral discount coupon, you'll receive it via email and it will also appear in your rewards panel. Simply copy the code and enter it at checkout in the discount code field.
Important Notes:
- You must be logged in to your account to redeem rewards
- Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers
- Redeemed coupons remain in your account until you use them
- You'll receive an email confirmation with your discount code for your records
When do my rewards expire?
Your rewards points and discount coupons never expire! As long as you have an active account with us, your earned points and rewards will remain available for you to use at any time.
There’s no rush — use them whenever you’re ready to treat yourself.
Do I have to create an account to earn rewards?
Yes, you’ll need to create an account and log in before shopping to earn and redeem points.
Guest checkout orders won’t collect points, so make sure you’re signed in whenever you shop.
How do I check my points balance?
To see your points, just log in to your account and open the Rewards panel (bottom right of your screen). You’ll find your current points balance, available rewards, and referral link — all in one place!
What happens if I make a return?
If you return a purchase, any points earned from that order will be removed from your account. If you used your points or a reward coupon on a returned order, those points are not automatically refunded. For any issues with your points after a return, please contact our support team.
Referral rewards are only given once your friend makes their first qualifying purchase. If that order is returned or refunded, referral rewards will be cancelled and the coupons will be deactivated.
