Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your shipment using:

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. For issues with delivery, please contact us at support@impreciousjewelry.com and we'll help resolve the situation.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation

  3. Contact us at support@impreciousjewelry.com within 48 hours of the delivery date

We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For packages damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
