Refund policy

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If it isn't right, send it back. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the return shipping.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your piece must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Undamaged, with no scratches or alterations

  • In its original packaging

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

Items marked as "Final Sale" can't be returned. For defective items, please refer to our Warranty Policy instead, since defects are covered for two years.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@impreciousjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the piece you're sending back, and, for an exchange, what you'd like instead

  2. We'll reply with return instructions and arrange the shipping at no cost to you

  3. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and send it within 14 days of our reply

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it within 3-5 business days and let you know when your refund is on its way.

  • Refund amount: the price you paid for the item. Shipping charges and any duties or import taxes paid at checkout are not refundable

  • Original payment method: refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

  • Gift card purchases: items bought partially or fully with a gift card are refunded as store credit

Exchanges

Exchange for a different size, colorway or piece, free within 30 days of delivery.

  • If your new item costs more, you pay the price difference

  • If it costs less, we'll issue the difference as store credit

Important Notes

  • Condition on arrival: we can only refund or exchange pieces that arrive meeting the conditions above. Anything that doesn't will be sent back to you

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our eligibility requirements
