Our unique colored finishes are achieved through advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology in specialized vacuum chambers. Each color is created using precise material compositions:

  • Deep Blue: Created using titanium dioxide for a rich, vibrant blue finish
  • 18K Rose Gold, White Gold, Yellow Gold: Real 18K gold for authentic luxury

All our plating is significantly thicker than standard jewelry PVD coatings — ensuring exceptional durability and longevity.

How long will the plating last?

With proper care, our PVD plating will easily last 2+ years of daily wear. All colors have the same plating thickness and durability.

While no plating is truly permanent, ours is built to last with normal wear and care.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our 316L stainless steel base and coatings are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe for sensitive skin.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Store in the provided drawstring pouch when not wearing
  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the plating
What does "PVD plating" mean?

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is an advanced coating process that creates ultra-durable, fade-resistant finishes. It's far superior to traditional electroplating, offering better color retention, scratch resistance, and longevity. Our PVD coating is thicker than most jewelry on the market, ensuring your pieces stay beautiful longer.

How long does shipping take?
  • Hong Kong: 1-2 business days
  • International: 3-5 business days

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. All orders include tracking.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?

We strive to be as transparent as possible with our pricing — no one likes unexpected fees. All applicable taxes and duties are automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout. You should not be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

If you are ever asked to pay extra taxes or duties, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will assist you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your SHOP account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders come in our signature packaging — ready for gifting! Each piece arrives in a premium presentation box with a soft drawstring pouch.

We don't currently accept custom gift notes, but our packaging is designed to make every delivery feel special.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unworn items in original condition. Returns are subject to a flat fee to cover shipping and transaction costs.

Can I exchange my jewelry for a different color or size?

Yes! Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. Contact us at support@impreciousjewelry.com to arrange an exchange.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference; for lower-priced items, we'll issue store credit for the difference.
